2. PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY

In case of malfunction of the product shipped, and that this was not caused by improper handling by the purchaser, the customer must notify SDT Store within 7 working days of receipt of the package according to Law 7/1996 of 15 January to the Retail Trade. SDT Store change the damaged product with a new or proceed to refund the amount to the receipt of the material in the complaint, according to the warranty offered by the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer agrees to replace or repair the product under warranty, SDT Store will pay the shipping costs of the material replaced by the client running the shipping cost of the damaged property.
Any product with traces of tampering is exempt from the guarantee offered by the manufacturer.
The material damage caused by accidents due to pilot, configuration, installation or inadequate or faulty settings, will not be covered under warranty.
SDT Store not responsible in any way for the management of the manufacturer warranty against defective product even if he did not show signs of mishandling.

Equipment delivered RTF
Should SDT Store agreed with the customer to deliver the equipment under a RTF (Ready To Fly, Ready to fly), the material is delivered pre-assembled and the final process of installing the device and its configuration settings and all flight systems will be made by the customer at their own risk. With teams paying buyer assumes knowledge of their technical and installation, configuration and management.
SDT Store not responsible for any problems, damage or incident in the unit or from any cause arising out of this assembly, setup and adjustment of the equipment or further handling.
Equipment delivered ARTF
In specific cases SDT Store may agree with the client to deliver the equipment in solitary ARTF (almost ready to fly, almost ready to fly). The material will be delivered completely assembled, adjusted and set in all parameters, with the accessories requested by the purchaser and will be fully operational flight test in the presence of the customer.
SDT Store not responsible for any problems, damage or incident in the unit or from any cause arising out of this assembly, setup and adjustment of the equipment or further handling. All flights from the delivery of the equipment shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
Considerations regarding our equipment.
All products we sell are for recreational use by high sophistication but remind our customers that are not toys. To assemble, configure, adjust and fly with them you must have adequate knowledge and relevant permits and radio-controlled model airplanes for insurance.
Respect for safety regulations regarding the installation and operation of our equipment is not only convenient to avoid malfunction or accidents, but especially to maintain the safety of the pilot and the people and objects that are all around. Remember that improper handling of this equipment can cause serious damage to people and property.
Combining and riding properly and responsibly all electronic, or mechanical aids, the client can get to have an aerial platform high performance recreational usable at your own risk. We recall that its use and management must fit within the existing rules for the practice of this form of flight in the area that is to take place.
SDT Store not responsible in any assembly that make the buyer of the equipment or the flights made with materials purchased through our website whatever the type of flight.

SDT Store exports our equipment for recreational purposes, and that the items will not be used in weapons, for military purposes, or for other uses contrary to US export law. As part of our dealership requirements, we need you to certify that you will not sell our items to end-users with intentions other than those described above. Also, we need you to certify that you will not forward our equipment to Afghanistan, Belarus, Ivory Coast, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar/Burma, N. Korea, Liberia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, or Zimbabwe.
Warnings and recommendations
Verify that the frequencies used its equipment comply with the existing regulations regarding use of the airwaves. Become well before using a particular frequency or buying certain equipment.
If you test your video transmitters, do so with the antenna on, as otherwise may irreparably damage the transmitter and will not be covered under warranty.
Remember that video transmitters easily heated. Should be used in flight or on the ground with good airflow refrigerate. Otherwise suffer damage not covered by warranty.
We recommend you carefully check their equipment before putting them in flight. There are critical parts like the propellers with the need to take great care. A propeller that discards or split in flight can result in an expensive accident. An inspection before each flight to help avoid a potential problem.

Operating a Remotely Piloted Aerial Vehicle for commercial applications is an activity regulated by Government Aviation Authorities in some countries.
